Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

• Archovations, Inc. warrants the Better Than Rocks products against manufacturer’s defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

• Archovations, at their option, will either (a) replace the defective product, or (b) refund the purchase price paid for such defective product for a period covered under warranty. Archovations reserves the right to make substitution with similar merchandise should the model or color in question no longer be in production.

• The Product is to be used only for the purposes described on this website. The limited warranty above shall not apply and is ineffective if the product is misused or altered in any manner. The limited warranty does not cover any damages resulting from: misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, careless handling, use inconsistent with product instructions, normal wear and tear, discoloration or fading, accidents, pets or acts of nature. 

• This warranty does not apply to Archovations products used for COMMERCIAL, CONTRACT or any other non-residential purposes.

• This warranty is only valid in the U.S.A. and Canada.

In order to recover under this limited warranty, the customer must contact the Better Than Rocks manufacturer, Archovations, Inc., PO Box 241, Hudson, WI  54016 (Fax No. 715-318-9883; e-mail info@betterthanrocks.com) within the warranty period described above and receive instruction and authorization for return of the Product. Customer will need to prepay the shipping charges for any return of product to Archovations. Archovations will pay postage and handling charges for sending replacement product to customers. Archovations will use its commercially reasonable best efforts to replace the defective product or refund the purchase price within thirty (30) days of the determination of defectiveness.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE, AND ARCHOVATIONS MAKES NO WARRANTIES TO ANY OTHER PERSON REGARDING THE PRODUCTS OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE. LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, MONEY, TRAVEL OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS not covered by the limited warranty. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
